I was surprised that Keith Howard didn't mention the Grimm SB1 subwoofer in his article on MFB.

It answered almost all my questions on the subject Oh dear. Guilty as charged. The typos were my responsibility. The dimensions are of course 100 millimetres and 1.6 metres. As Ben Duncan pointed out, we don't necessarily need such a complicated array; in some, perhaps many settings, a single rod will work very well.
